Weird Science Lab Appointed to African Angels Academy by HM Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport

Oxford (UK) 13 February 2022 – Weird Science Lab (https://www.weirdsciencelab.com/) has been appointed to African Angels Academy (AAA) by HM Government’s International Tech Hub Network.

 

African Angels Academy is an African-led pilot project with the aim of bringing angel investors and promising African start-ups together, via providing deal platforms and education. With many crucial partners such as ASPEN Network of Development and International Tech Hub Network, The African Angel Academy accelerates the African angel investing and start-up ecosystems –giving the investors the training and connections to start investing in early-stage start-ups in Africa and parallelly providing financial opportunities for African entrepreneurs.

 

WSL is committed to African STEM education, as Africa represents the youngest and fastest-growing population on the planet. WSL aims to facilitate and boost this growth process within this partnership by helping social entrepreneurs and angel investors to connect in profitable ways.
